Exports To Excel

Exporting recruits to excel can be extremely helpful for coaches . All of the information on a recruit's profile can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.

To export our student-athletes to excel, simply enter in the filters on the left-hand side to find the recruits that meet your needs. 

Once you've completed your search, select the recruits that you're looking to export by clicking on the side of their profile picture and you'll notice they will start to highlight in blue.

Or, you can just hit the "Select All Visible" button at the top of the list to select all 100 recruits on this page.

Once you've selected your recruits, hit the "Export to Excel" button to transfer their data to the excel file.

Something important to understand when exporting to excel is you will notice a smaller number of recruits on the excel spreadsheet than what your search results yield. This is normal, as it simply is due to verified vs. unverified profiles. Verified profiles will have a match percentage, star rating, and/or a verified banner on their profile. Our recruiting coaches are evaluating profiles daily, so the number of verified profiles fluctuates on a consistent basis.
