Sending Emails To Recruits

Sending emails through our site is very simple to do, and time effective! When you email recruits from our site, the email will be sent from the email address that is tied to your NCSA account. This is the same email address that you use to log-in to the site. As a result, replies from recruits will be sent to that email inbox. 

To send our student-athletes an email, simply enter in the filters on the left-hand side to find the recruits that meet your needs. 

Once you've completed your search, select the recruits that you're looking to email by clicking on the side of their profile picture and you'll notice they will start to highlight in blue.

Or, you can just hit the "Select All Visible" button at the top of the list to select all 100 recruits on this page.

Once you've selected your recruits, hit the "Email Selected" button to open up a new page that allows you to compose your message.

You have the ability to email up to 100 recruits at a time from the NCSA site. That said, we've found that smaller, more personal sends generate the highest response rates from NCSA student-athletes.
