How can I fix my frozen app (I see a wheel that just keeps spinning)
If you haven't logged into Coach Packet 3 for a while, you might get asked to download a new version that is much different than your current version. There is a known issue that if you try to update the app more than 2 versions, you will get stuck in the middle of the update and your app will freeze (you'll see a spinning wheel icon, and none of the buttons of the app will function).
Try these steps to resolve the issue:
- Close your app and restart it
- If closing and reopening the app doesn't work, try deleting and re-downloading the app, which should resolve the issue.
