How do I export my data from Coach Packet?
After an event, you'll be ready to export your data to follow up with players you evaluated at a Coach Packet event. If you have a Front Rush account, you can add individual players to Front Rush. For all other coach CRMs, you'll need to export your data.
How to Add to FR from Coach Packet 3:
Currently, the Add to Front Rush feature is available for individual athletes only.
- Login to Coach Packet
- Open the event, and go to a player profile
- In the top right, click the three dot icon (...) , then click Add to Front Rush. This will transport your evaluations (tags and notes) and recruits into Front Rush. If you are not already logged into Front Rush on your device, you will be prompted to login.
How to export from Coach Packet 3:
- Login to Coach Packet
- Open the event
- Tap the main menu ( ☰ ) in the top left of your screen, then select Download Evals
- In the popup menu, you can choose either Open File or Download File.
- Download File will attempt to download the file to your device or cloud drive (depending on your device settings). Access your phone's Files app to see the downloaded file (see more about Android Files app and iOS Files app). Please note that if your storage drive is full your file may not download as expected.
- Open File will open the file on your device, allowing you to see the data while also giving you an option to share the file via email or text. (For iPhone and iPad, look in the top right to see the AirDrop /Sharing icon, which will allow you to share and send the file via your Mail app).
What data is included in my export?
When you export, you'll download roster data for the athletes you added a note or tag to. Typically exports include these columns:
- First and Last Name
- Grad Year
- Height
- Uniform Number
- Club Name and Team Name
- Position
- Address, City, State, Zip
- Home Phone and Cell Phone
- Scholarship
- Tags and Notes
