How To Change Your Password

How to change the password to your NCSA coach account:

• When you are logged in, click your name at the top right hand side of the corner 
• The second to last tab will say "change password" 

• To change your password, simply enter in your current password, along with two copies of your new password, and then click on "Change Password".

• Your new password will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Must be between 8 and 20 characters
  • Requires numbers
  • Requires special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Requires upper case letter
  • Requires lower case letter
