Messages From NCSA Recruits

At NCSA, we’re always looking for ways to improve our recruiting network for college coaches. That’s why we’re giving our notification email a fresh look—to make it easier for you to make quality connections with more student-athletes.

Every time a potential recruit sends you a message, you’ll receive a notification email containing everything you need to know to quickly and efficiently make your next move.

Direct, straight-to-the point messaging.

You asked and we listened. We asked our student-athletes to get rid of the fluff and focus on providing coaches with all of the information they need to know, without any extras. Now when you open a notification email, you’ll see a recruit’s message and a quick overview of their academic and athletic criteria. Their messages will be shorter and more straightforward, so you can focus on the essentials.

All the essential information you need to make an initial evaluation

We know your time is limited, and that in recruiting, every second counts. That’s why we included key athletic and academic information – right in the email – so you can quickly and efficiently decide whether you’re interested in a student-athlete.

  • Student-athlete’s name, position and height/weight
  • Link to highlight video
  • GPA, test scores and preferred major(s)
  • Key stats when applicable – points per game, percentages and times

Keep up with athletes and track their progress in real time

Interested in keeping tabs on an athlete’s academic and athletic achievements in real time? If a student-athlete links their Twitter profile to their NCSA account, we’ll include a Follow button so you can let them know you’re interested in following their recruiting journey and stay updated on their recruiting progress.

Connect with potential recruits at home, in the office or on the go

No matter when and where you prefer to catch up on your messages, it’s easier than ever to evaluate recruits, at home or on the go. Our notifications messages are 100% accessible on both desktop and mobile.
