I attended Adrian College, where I played women's lacrosse for four years, and majored in Physical Education and Health. I was a part of a new lacrosse program that grew to win conference titles as well as make appearances at the national tournament. After graduation I started my coaching career at Adam's State University as the graduate assistant. I then moved back to Michigan and got the opportunity to coach at my alma mater. I started back at Adrian College as the assistant coach for women's lacrosse, and quickly moved into the head coach role. After Adrian College, I moved to join my husband in South Carolina, and filled the interim head coach position at Wofford College. I am very excited for this new opportunity to become a member of the NCSA team. This position will allow me to help guide athletes and families through the recruiting process in a way that coaching did not. I believe there is a program out there for everyone, and I am very excited to help guide athletes and families through this exciting time.

I coached women's and men's club high school lacrosse teams for 15-plus years. I entered collegiate ranks on the men's side as an assistant coach at Randolph-Macon College. I was an attack and goalie position coach. Then I moved to the University of Richmond where I was a recruiting coordinator and an assistant coach working with goalies and face-off units. I left Richmond for a head coach position at Keystone College in Pennsylvania. I’m still active in coaching an elite high school club lacrosse team in Richmond.

I left my Division III head lacrosse coaching position in Pennsylvania to move back home to be with my family in Virginia. Knowing that one of the most rewarding parts of coaching was helping student-athletes continue their dream of playing sports I considered a position with NCSA. I was familiar with how successful NCSA was in helping college coaches recruit. I felt NCSA was a natural progression and a great opportunity for me to help even more student-athletes and their families.

Since joining NCSA, I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with student-athletes and families across the country and helping them make one of the most important decisions in life. I always stress the importance of academics while making sure student-athletes know their responsibilities in the recruiting process. I believe that finding that “fit” between academics and athletics is the key to our student-athletes' succeed in college which will carry them through the rest of their lives. The most rewarding part of working at NCSA is knowing that my teammates and I are truly making a difference in the lives of student-athletes and their families.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, I was a two-sport athlete in lacrosse and ice hockey. I was fortunate to attend Lincoln High School, where I learned the game from a world-class coaching staff and had the opportunity to play with the only Tewaaraton award winner from west of the Mississippi.

Out of high school, I was recruited to play ice hockey at NCAA D3 Lake Forest College in suburban Chicago, where part of the draw was to play lacrosse for the school’s MCLA squad each spring. While in college I received my coaching certifications and began to coach both sports.

In the 13 years since I have coached every level imaginable for both sports, from learn to play, to high school, to college, and internationally. Most recently, I spent five years as a collegiate lacrosse coach at Missouri Baptist University where I was the recruiting coordinator, and defensive coordinator, and served as the head coach in 2021-2022. During this time, I also coached high school lacrosse, helping to guide the Lindbergh Flyers to the 2018 Show Me Cup Championship, while taking home a MSLA Coach of the Year Award. Additionally, I was the Youth Director for St. Louis Samurai Lacrosse, the oldest club program in the area, assisting the program through massive growth during my tenure.

I moved home to Oregon and joined NCSA in the spring of 2022 and have been loving being back near family and friends while working at a job where I can use my experience to help student-athletes maximize success in their recruiting process. I currently reside in Springfield, Oregon with my partner Adina, our son Arley, and our cat Rocky.

I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and went on to be a four-year starter for both field hockey and lacrosse programs in college. I was captain for both programs my senior year, won two NEWMAC championships, and made it to the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA Tournament. After I officially became a N.A.R.P. went on to coach for a few years at the college and club levels for both sports.

I am very passionate about women’s sports and the student-athlete experience which is why I’m so excited to be working for NCSA and helping athletes reach their goals of playing lacrosse in college.

When I’m not helping athletes find the college of their dreams you can find me at the gym, the river/lake, or finding the next great restaurant (huge foodie).
